Description     Rare Sharktooth sword from the Gilbert & Ellice Islands. Piece is in very good condition except for a small sliver of wood missing right at end on wooden tip. Has 78 Tiger Shark teeth bound in the traditional way along the shaft with plaited coconut fibre.
