Description A Rare scarce and fine example of a Drum from the Sandaun Province, Telefolmin Area, Mountain-OK People of PNG. The drum features deep and bold traditional motifs on its base in black, red & white and still has the intact lizard skin attached and was collected in the late 1950’s. Most collectors will have Telefomin shields or House Doors from this culture but not their third form of artistic expression with the drums which are hard to find.
