Description . Superb Large Heavy Fighting Club Early 1900’s from the Kimberly area of West Australia. The club was confiscated by Police after an Incident involving a death in 1910. Great banded decoration using red and white ochres and also using Reckitt’s Blue used by white settlers from the 1850’s onward as a blueing agent to whiten washing. The Rainforest Shield I have listed which is late 1800 also used Recktt’s Blue for decoration.
