Description A good well used Cape York spearthrower or woomera collected in the 1950’s with the pin bound with twine and covered in a natural resin which is missing in some areas from use and age. A woomera is a wooden Aboriginal throwing device and is an extension of the human arm that enables a spear to travel at a greater speed and force than possible with the unaided arm.
